Jeff Rowe - Owner

Jeff has always had a passion for German cars and enjoyed working on and restoring cars from a young age. While Jeff attended graduate school, he worked as an automotive technician for the previous owner, Graf Balda. Many years later, when ready to pursue his dream of owning a European automotive shop, he contacted Graf to ask for some guidance. Little did he know that Graf was wanting to retire and sell the business, presenting a serendipitous opportunity for both of them. Jeff purchased the shop and took ownership in August of 2021 and loves his job everyday.

Steve Rowe - Service Advisor

Steve is a wealth of knowledge with over 25 years experience in the industry. He has always loved working around cars and enjoys working alongside his brother, Jeff. In his spare time, he loves to travel and spend time with his family.

Zachary Dixon – Technician

Zach joined our team in 2017. He is our top mechanic and has a solid understanding of the intricate nuances of German cars. He enjoys the variety of solving different car problems daily. In his spare time, he loves playing the drums in a local band called Stick Attack.

D.J. Simonelli – Technician

D.J. has worked at German Auto Service since 2021. He became a mechanic to develop the skillset to work on his own cars. He excelled in technical school is an exceptional technician. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time and having fun with his family.

Max Bear – Technician

Max is the newest member of our team and passionate about German cars. A Kansas City native, he is an active member of the Sports Car Association of America and enjoys his weekends participating in racing events.

Chris Leuty - Office Manager

Chris has worked here for 20 years! She is the face that greets you as you come through the door, or one of the voices you hear when you call German Auto Service to book an appointment. She is in charge of the books, and makes sure the shop runs smoothly behind scenes. Her favorite thing about her job is, “everything”. She enjoys spending time with family, going to the lake & vacationing in Florida.

John Farrell - Porter

John Farrell has worked hard as our porter since 2017. He always looks forward to driving different cars and enjoys interacting with the customers. Apart from working, John values fitness, staying healthy and is a music enthusiast.
